| SkyWest Properties, Inc.'s construction and rehab specialist, Paul Besich is a licensed General Contractor in Arizona. Paul has been employed by SkyWest Properties, Inc. for 18 years. Paul was responsible for quality control for the seven properties developed by SkyWest Properties, Inc. All projects were completed in a timely and profitable manner. SkyWest Properties, Inc. monitored and approved the work performed by the subcontractors and approved and paid all invoices. In addition to development experience, the "Rehab Crew" headed by Paul has been involved in eight property renovations plus many smaller projects. Our accounting staff monitors all rehab payments, submits draw requests as necessary for replacement reserve reimbursements, and confirms all lien waivers.
